Born from a friendship between brothers â Carlos and Juan RodrĂguez â and Galician-Swiss winemaker Fredi Torres, Silice Viticultores was founded in 2013 with one obsession: to capture the fierce, wild energy of Ribeira Sacra's steep slate terraces.
Silice MencĂa is racy, electric, and uncompromising. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, it is the pure expression of Atlantic soil, mountain air, and the MencĂa grape's haunting character â polished and clean, yet untamed at its core.
